Strawberry Gin Fizz

The most refreshing drink you will try all summer long!

This drink is great on a warm summer day with friends, at a party, or by yourself - it's 5 o'clock somewhere, right?

Mocktail? No problem

The mixture of strawberry, lime, and mint is something to behold, and will satisfy everyone. I love a good gin drink, and am currently loving Copperworks Gin, a Seattle favorite. I used to hate gin, it was too strong and tasted like pine trees. I didn't appreciate all that the juniper had to offer. If I haven't sold you on gin, it can easily be switched out for vodka, light rum, or even tequila blanco - just switch out the orange for lime.

Ok, enough talking about how good this drink is, let's make it!
